ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - Another Alaska Blockbuster Video store is set to close as the Wasilla store announced it would be ending its retail business Jan. 28. A sale is planned of all the remaining inventory starting Wednesday, Jan 31.

The announcement about the closure was made on Blockbuster Alaska's Facebook page Friday afternoon. The post said that "Trey and his crew have done a phenomenal job and will be greatly missed."

The announcement came after the Eagle River Blockbuster closed its doors in July. There are currently two Blockbusters open in Anchorage, one each in Fairbanks and North Pole and one in Soldotna.
