Grill master shares tips for safety and success

ANCHORAGE (KTUU) Local barbecue master, Roscoe Wyche III started Roscoe's Catfish & Barbeque with his father in 1988 and now runs the business with his son.

Wychee III shares some grilling tips to make Alaskans' grilling experiences safe and successful.

Some of his suggestions include:
*Allow fuel to sit for a few minutes before attempting to light a BBQ pit.
*Avoid using too much charcoal to prevent food from burning.
*Use a thermometer to check the internal temperature of meat.
