ANCHORAGE (KTUU) - Anchorage Police were dispatched to a robbery Saturday afternoon at the Bikini Babes coffee stand on Boniface Parkway.

Tiffany Swierk, the barista working at the time said the suspect had a gun and she was afraid for her life. "My anxiety and my nightmares were coming true in that moment."

MJ Thim, a spokesperson for APD said there were no injuries and suspect information is not being released at this time.

Staff said the crime was all caught on camera from the coffee stand's security footage. Swierk explains the video shows two suspects walking up towards the window. The owner of Bikini Babes says employees are free to arm themselves with firearms but it's not a requirement.

Swierk said that the suspect tapped on the window and showed her the gun before taking off with a little more than $100.

The businesses other location on Old Seward Highway and E 70th Avenue was robbed in November, 2017.
