ANCHORAGE (KTUU) - Anchorage Police say they have identified one of the two men seen on video fleeing the scene of a fire at a sushi restaurant earlier this week.

Police are looking for 36-year-old John Vang, who they say is pictured in the photos and video released earlier this week (and at left above). Police identified him as the second man who leaves the business in the video, not the one whose glove was on fire. Police believe Vang will have burns on his lower body.

Tips from the public led police to identify Vang as a suspect. Police say they still hope to learn the identity of the other man, pictured at right above.

Police are still also hoping to identify two people of interest seen near the scene of the Marriott hotel fire, which burned the under-construction hotel on Saturday, Jan. 26.

Anyone with information about either of the suspects in the Yakitori Sushi fire, or the people of interest in the Marriott fire, including any surveillance or other video, is asked to call police dispatch's non-emergency line, 311. The Crimestoppers hotline, 561-STOP will allow tipsters to remain anonymous.
