ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) — An Anchorage man billing himself as a massage therapist has been indicted for sexual assault following complaints by three women of inappropriate sexual contact during massages.

According to APD, an Anchorage grand jury indicted 37-year-old Travis Hermansen in February on three counts of sexual assault in the second degree stemming from complaints dating back to 2018.

APD says the investigation was conducted by the Special Victims Unit, which is continuing to investigate the possibility that Hermansen had other victims.

Investigators ask anyone with relevant information about Hermansen, including potential witnesses or victims, to contact APD Detective Brendan Lee at (907) 786-8802.
