ANCHORAGE (KTUU) - An unsolved homicide from January finally has some answers.

Anchorage Police say 22-year-old Leone Leone Jr., 38-year-old Kenneth Ketah Jr., and 24-year-old Iosia Fiso were arrested for their involvement in a shooting investigation from January.

Police say that on January 9, dispatch received a report of shots fired in the 2900 block of Arctic Boulevard. When officers arrived, they found a man in a second floor apartment who was shot in the upper body. He was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

APD says through the course of the investigation into the shooting on Arctic Boulevard, detectives determined that the three men were also suspects in a homicide investigation on 34th Avenue on January 29th.

On that day, officers were dispatched to an apartment complex on the 600 block of West 34th Avenue in reference to a report of a deceased person inside one of the units who had been there for several days.

A medical examiner determined the death to be a homicide as a result of trauma to the body.

The victim was identified as 36-year-old Steven John.

Leone, Ketah, and Fiso are now facing multiple charges in that homicide investigation, including Murder 2 and Kidnapping.
