ANCHORAGE (KTUU) - A complaint for divorce was filed by one, T.M.P. of Wasilla against a party named S.L.P. on Friday, matching information about Todd and Sarah Palin, which would end a marriage of 31 years.

The complaint says that an "incompatibility of temperament" is the cause of the divorce.

The complaint also includes mention of a minor child born to the Palins that matches the information about the couple's youngest son, who was born in 2008. It asks for joint custody of the child, but asks that the plaintiff, presumably Todd Palin, be granted the authority to apply for his annual Permanent Fund dividend.

The complaint was dated on Aug. 27, but was submitted to the Anchorage Superior court on Friday, Sept. 6.

The defendant, presumably Sarah Palin, is asked to answer the complaint within 20 days.

Channel 2 contacted the plaintiff's attorney, for comment, but so far has not heard back. The attorney, Kimberlee Colbo, also represented Dakota Meyers during his separation from Palin's daughter Bristol Palin in 2016.
