WATCH: US Attorney's Office unveils federal charges in APD vehicle theft cases

ANCHORAGE (KTUU) - On Thursday, representatives from across Alaska’s criminal justice community plan to unveil the filing of federal gun charges that arose from a number of vehicle thefts, previously investigated by APD.

Prior to this conference, these charges have not yet been released to the public.

In attendance at the U.S. Attorney's Office will be: the Anchorage Police Department, the Alaska Department of Law, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
