Madison, WI (KTUU) It's another top ten finish for Allie Ostrander.
The Boise State junior and Kenai Central alum took 6th in the women's 6K at the 2018 NCAA cross country championships this Saturday in Madison, Wisconsin.
Ostrander led for the first four kilometers before New Mexico's Weini Kelati took the lead. She and Colorado's Dani Jones battled it out with Jones ultimately winning it and helping the Buffaloes to their first NCAA Division I NCAA cross country championship.
Ostrander finished the 6K course with a time of 19:56.9 and helped the Boise State Broncos finish 6th overall, matching their finish from last year.
