ANCHORAGE (KTUU) - The Colony Knights hockey team faced off for a good cause Tuesday night as they played their second game to raise money for the National Hockey League’s Hockey Fights Cancer campaign.

The Knights wore purple jerseys, with a personalized message on the back. Beneath the phrase 'I fight for' players wrote a person's a name affected by cancer. The Colony coaching staff said their goal was to raise $3,000. The money is raised through auctioning off the players' jerseys, special t-shirt sales and donations.
