ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) — The Dimond High School Football program is back, following a two week suspension over allegations of misconduct during a team trip to Fairbanks.
On Wednesday, the school’s C-Team will play the program’s first competitive game since the Anchorage School District investigated into those allegations.
Alll three Dimond football teams take the field this week beginning with C-Team Wednesday at 5:00 p.m.
As for the school's Varsity team and Junior Varsity team, those will play on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m., respectively.
The team's previous head coach, Bernardo Otero, along with two assistant coaches, were fired from the team last week.
