UAA volleyball misses NCAA tournament for first time since 2013

Anchorage (KTUU) It will be a weird postseason for Division II volleyball without the UAA Seawolves.

For the first time since 2013, the UAA volleyball team will miss the postseason.

The Seawolves finished third in the GNAC this year, with an overall record of 21 and 7 and a conference record of 14 and 6.

For seniors Tara Melton, Chrisalyn Johnson and Taylor Noga, this is the first time in their UAA careers not making it to the postseason.

Crucial losses late in the season hampered the Seawolves. These include Central Washington and a loss to Seattle Pacific during their last home stand of the season.
