"This year, we actually have a pretty deep field on both sides - guys and girls," said Nate Normandin, Dimond High School Cross Country Head Coach. "Typically, Alaska is a bit behind some of the bigger states, but this year is a competitive year."

There are meets left all across the state, but if you're in Anchorage looking for one to attend, here are a few of the larger multi-team events taking place:

New Balance Classic: Russian Jack Golf Course, Sept. 8, 2018

Big 8 Invite: Kincaid, Sept. 15, 2018

Region IV Championships: Bartlett Running Trails, Sept. 22, 2018

High School Cross Country State Finals: Bartlett Running Trails, Sept. 29, 2018
