Sitka artist's Bone Dress

A Sitka artist had an idea to create a unique dress. Using a simple local material and a lot of elbow grease she did just that. last week the dress was here in Anchorage, at the trend fashion show and Channel two's Eric Sowl was there to bone up on his fashion sense.
